Winters has spend much of his camp at three different gyms in preparation for Ghana’s Maxwell Amponsah (11-1, 10 KOs).

For this step-it-up bout, Winters has been working with retired Lightweight “Rockin” Rodney Wilson in Trumbell Park (where it all began for Winters), with TMT’s Nate Jones in the city, and with his normal Second, Sam Colonna, creating a lethal mix of skills for Saturday.

We stopped into Trumball Park to chat with Winters as he starts wrapping up preparations for the Horseshoe Showdown.
