Light Heavyweight prospect Anthony Sims Jr. (11-0, 10 KOs), on Plainfield, IN, ventured north to Madison, Wisconsin to showcase his skills to a new fan base. In just one short round (of a scheduled 6-rounder) Sims demonstrated his wide range of offense. Sims muscled his opponent Keith Debow around the ring with stiff jabs, composed and rapid 1-2’s, relentless combinations all over the body, straight rights to the chin and body. Debow was picked apart, put into the ropes and to the canvas three times before the bout was stopped by Referee Jeff Nass.

With the prolific and prestigious amateur career and dominating start in the professional ranks, the sirens are blaring. El Huracán is coming!

Sims is tentatively penciled in to return to Wisconsin on June 4th for Second’s Out Promotion’s card at the Wisconsin Center in Milwaukee.

Saturday’s show was presented by Supreme Hits and held at the Alliant Energy Center.
